PRIVACY POLICY
How Paragon Programming handles your information
Effective Date: 07/23/2026 Last Updated: 07/23/2026
Paragon Programming LLC (“Paragon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy
Policy explains what information we collect through ParagonProgramming.com and our Member
Portal (the “Site”), how we use it, and your choices. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Website Terms of Service. If you use the Site on behalf
of a gym or business, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf, and “you” refers
both to you individually and to that gym or business.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide: name, email address, gym/business name, phone number, message
content (via our contact form), and account credentials when you register. - Subscription & billing information: when you subscribe, payment is processed by our third-
party payment processor. We do not store full payment-card numbers; the processor handles
card data under its own security and privacy terms. - Membership-rate information: the membership rate you report at sign-up, used to calculate
your subscription fee. - Publicly available rate information: to administer our “Your Rates = Our Rates™” pricing
model, we may collect or verify publicly available information about your gym’s advertised
membership pricing, solely to confirm the membership rate you report at sign-up. - Free-download requests: when you request a gated free resource (such as our 3-Week
Programming Sample or Onramp Program), we collect the email address you provide, your
name if you choose to give it, and the source of the request, in order to email you a private
download link and to follow up with you as described in this Policy. - Automatically collected information: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type,
device information, and usage data, which may be collected through cookies or similar
technologies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Site and the programming service;
- Create and manage your account and verify your reported membership rate;
- Process payments and manage your subscription;
- Respond to your inquiries and provide support;
- Send service-related communications (such as renewal notices);
- Protect the security and integrity of the Site and our programming; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed with:
- Service providers who help us operate the business (for example, our payment processor,
hosting provider, and email/communication tools), under confidentiality obligations; - Legal and safety purposes, when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public,
including responding to subpoenas, court orders, or lawful governmental requests; and - Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization,
bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
4. Cookies & Tracking
The Site uses only essential first-party cookies and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics:
- Essential cookies: we use a necessary session cookie (for example, to keep subscribers and
administrators securely logged in and to enable Member Portal access). These cookies are
required for the Site to function and are not used for marketing or cross-site tracking. - Analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand general Site usage. This tool is privacy-
friendly: it collects anonymized, aggregated data and does not use cookies. Visitors are
identified only by a temporary daily hash that cannot track you across different days or across
other websites.
We do not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, cross-site trackers, or third-party profiling tools.
Because we do not use non-essential or tracking cookies, the Site does not display a cookie-consent
banner. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies
may affect Site functionality. If we add tracking or advertising technologies in the future, we will
update this Policy and implement a consent mechanism where required.
5. Email Marketing
We may send promotional emails about new programming, educational resources, special offers, or
company updates. You can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in those
emails. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect service-related communications, such as
billing or renewal notices, which are necessary to administer your subscription.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service,
comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We delete or
anonymize information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your
information, including encryption in transit where appropriate, access controls, and the use of
reputable third-party service providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely
secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Privacy Rights
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we
collect, to request access or deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of any “sale”
or “sharing” of personal information (we do not sell personal information). You will not be
discriminated against for exercising these rights.
EU/UK residents (GDPR): Where applicable, you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or
port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Our legal bases for processing include
performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, your consent, and compliance with law.
Account deletion: Upon request, we will delete your account information, except where we are
legally required or contractually permitted to retain it (for example, to comply with legal obligations,
resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@paragonprogramming.com. We may need to
verify your identity before responding.
9. International Users
Paragon operates from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you
understand your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S., where data-
protection laws may differ from those in your country.
10. Do Not Track
The Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for business owners and adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do
not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us
information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a
revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes
acceptance of the updated Policy.
